If you’re not receiving messages from AskAvenue, please check your notification settings on your mobile phone to ensure you have allowed access for AskAvenue to send you notifications.
Note: If you turned on notifications for your account but aren't receiving push notifications, you may need to change your phone's push notification settings.
If you turned on notifications in the AskAvenue app but aren't receiving them, you may need to adjust your phone's settings.
Open your phone's settings, scroll down and tap Apps > AskAvenue. Select the option to show notifications.
Open your iPhone's settings app, scroll down and tap Notifications. Tap AskAvenue, then turn on the setting to Allow Notifications.
