When asking a new question, Ask Avenue may return the error "The email address you entered already exists. Enter a new email address or continue your existing conversation."
Ask Avenue recognizes if an email address you entered was used to ask a question in the past. Our goal is to keep the active conversation going with the existing Advisor. There are two ways you can resume an existing conversation.
- You may have received emails indicating you have missed messaged with an option to Click to Reply button. Clicking the button enables you to resume an active conversation.
- Download our mobile app, available for iOS and Android. It is important to sign up using the same email address you used to ask the question to ensure that your existing conversations are visible.
