When registering your account on the app, you see an error that an account with your email address already exists.
This is not an error. This occurred because the email address you entered is already registered with Ask Avenue. This may happen if you used your email address when asking a question on our website.
You simply need to login to your account on the app rather than register.You do this by following these steps:
- On the app home screen, click on Login Here.
- Enter your email address on the Sign In form.
- Tap Forgot Password. You will receive an email message with reset instructions.
- Follow the instructions on the email to reset your password.
- Go to the Sign In form and enter your new password to sign in to Ask Avenue.
