AskAvenue works by enabling consumers in your area to broadcast questions to nearby agents. Therefore, for the app to work as intended, your GPS location is required.
Ask Avenue asks your permission to access your location during sign up. If you skipped this step or denied Ask Avenue permission to your location during Sign Up, then the app won't have access to your location and the app will likely not work as intended.
To fix this, do the following:
On your iPhone go to Settings > Privacy > Location Services. Tap on Location Services and make sure it is set to On. Then, scroll down and tap on AskAvenue and tap on "While Using the App". You will see a checkmark confirming your selection.
On your Android, go to Settings > Location. Tap to turn on Location. To turn on Location for Ask Avenue, tap Settings > Apps > App Permissions > Location. Scroll through the list of apps and tap near AskAvenue to turn it On.
Once your Location settings are enabled, you can go to your Profile by tapping on your Profile photo and update your City by tapping on the City field. Additionally, you can add more locations by tapping on Service Areas and adding more cities.
